By\ninstalling or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who We Are<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data controller responsible for the App is BeeClear. For any privacy-related question or\nrequest, contact us at beeclearapps@gmail.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information We Collect<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not require you to create an account to use the App, and we do not ask you to enter your\nname, home address, or phone number. The following information is collected automatically through\nthe services described below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How We Use Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>To operate, maintain, and improve the App.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>To show and personalize the advertising displayed in the App.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>To comply with legal obligations.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Third-Party Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The App uses the third-party services listed below. Each processes data under its own privacy\npolicy, linked here for reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>Google AdMob<\/strong> \u2013 serves and measures the ads shown in the App, using the\nAdvertising ID and related technical data. <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/technologies\/ads\">Google&#8217;s ad privacy policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)<\/strong> \u2013 presents the consent\/privacy-choices\nmessage required in the EEA, UK, U.S. states with a comprehensive privacy law, and similar\njurisdictions, and records your choice about personalized ads and, for U.S. users, the &#8220;sale&#8221; or\n&#8220;sharing&#8221; of personal information for advertising. You can change your choice at any time from the\nApp&#8217;s privacy\/consent settings.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Permissions Used<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The App requests the following device permissions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>Internet access<\/strong> \u2013 required to load and display ads via Google AdMob.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Advertising ID<\/strong> \u2013 lets Google AdMob use the Advertising ID to serve and\nmeasure ads; you can reset or opt out of it in your device&#8217;s Google Settings under\nGoogle &gt; Ads.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data Retention<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.\nLocally stored game progress and settings remain on your device until you uninstall the App or\nclear its data. Data processed by Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform is retained\naccording to Google&#8217;s own retention policy, linked above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Children&#8217;s Privacy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DotFootball is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not\nknowingly collect personal information from children. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable\nsteps appropriate to the limited data the App processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International Data Transfers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of the third-party services we use (Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform) may\nprocess data on servers located outside your country, including outside the European Economic\nArea. Where this occurs, Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards\nrecognized under GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changes to This Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
