This Privacy Policy explains how BeeClear (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the SiegeArc mobile application (the “App”), available on Google Play. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Who We Are

Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account to use the App, and we do not ask you to enter your name, home address, or phone number. The following information is collected automatically through the services described below.

How We Use Information

To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
To show and personalize advertising in the App.
To comply with legal obligations.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the third-party services listed below. Each processes data under its own privacy policy, linked here for reference.

Google AdMob – serves and measures the ads shown in the App, using the Advertising ID and related technical data. Google’s ad privacy policy.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) – presents the consent/privacy-choices message required in the EEA, UK, U.S. states with a comprehensive privacy law, and similar jurisdictions, and records your choice about personalized ads and, for U.S. users, the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for advertising. You can change your choice at any time from the App’s privacy/consent settings.

Permissions Used

The App requests the following device permissions:

Internet – required to load ads and show the ad-consent form.
Advertising ID – lets Google AdMob use the Advertising ID to serve and measure ads; you can reset or opt out of it in your device’s Google Settings.
Vibrate – used for haptic feedback; no data collected.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Locally stored game progress and settings remain on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Data processed by third-party services (advertising) is retained according to each provider’s own retention policy, linked above.

Children’s Privacy

SiegeArc is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at beeclearapps@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.

Your Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or another jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we (or our processors) hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request erasure of your data.
Restrict or object to certain processing.
Request data portability, where applicable.
Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. for personalized ads), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority – in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

US State Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have rights similar to those described above, including the right to:

Delete personal information we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, including for targeted/ cross-context behavioral advertising.
Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Data Security

We rely on the security measures provided by Google Play and the third-party services listed above. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the limited data the App processes.

International Data Transfers

Some of the third-party services we use (e.g. Google) may process data on servers located outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards recognized under GDPR.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
